Hi,
My name is Tim Talts and I'm a creative graphic designer and illustrator based in the Nottingham area of the Midlands. Having qualified from Nottingham Trent University earning a first class honours degree in June 2016 I continued to take on freelance work which I had started doing whilst still studying.
Whilst working freelance I have had the opportunity to help a number of local businesses in different ways. From flyers and other promotional material, logo's and corporate identities to small start-up websites, helping them to expand their horizons.
With a passion for all areas of design, my aim has always been to keep my workload varied as possible, giving me the chance to sharpen my skillset whilst also learning new techniques with every project. Pushing my self-development helps me to expand my working capabilities into different disciplines.
I'm currently working for the National Design Academy in Nottingham as part of their in-house design team not only as a graphic designer but also as an instructional designer. Here I've worked on marketing materials, corporate documentation and booklets as well as web-based projects. The main bulk of the work has been in helping to build dynamic e-learning modules for the National Motorsports Academies degree course in motorsport engineering.
